Earth Class Mail provides a uniquely attractive service. You use them as your main mailing address, and they scan the outside of your mail. Via the internet, you can then discard mail, have it shredded, have it opened and scanned, or have it sent to you. It is an amazing service, and one which will certainly be taking off in the years to come.

The problem was that their web site was a huge, poorly organized collection of writings accumulated since the start of the company. They needed to reuse what they could, organize it properly, and make it look great.

Our Solution

We worked with them on a new look and feel, as well as a first–rate information architecture. Alongside their marketing manager, we rebuilt their (multiple hundred page) site in two months, inside a new Content Management System. Then we turned it over to them. They now manage the day-to-day operations of their site, add and remove pages and whole sections at will, and can focus on marketing and service rather than site maintenance.
